No — many of our clients give us a key or door code and head to work. If we clean while you're away, your key is always safeguarded. We recommend being available for the final walkthrough on your first clean if possible.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products safe for children, pets, and individuals with allergies or sensitivities. If you have specific product preferences, just let us know when booking and we'll accommodate you.

If anything doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean that area at no charge. No hassle, no arguments — we stand behind our work.

Absolutely. Every team member goes through a thorough background check before joining The Sure Cleaners. We're also fully bonded and insured, so you're protected in the rare event anything goes wrong.

Payment is handled securely through our online booking system (BookingKoala). We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed after your clean is completed.

A standard clean covers regular maintenance — floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, dusting, and tidying. A deep clean goes much further: interior appliance cleaning, inside cabinets, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, wall washing, and more. We recommend starting with a deep clean if you haven't had a professional clean recently.

Yes — life happens! You can reschedule or cancel through your online account. We just ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a small fee.

Yes! Our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use specific products you have at home, just let us know when booking.

Yes! Recurring customers benefit from priority scheduling and our best rates. Weekly clients enjoy the lowest per-visit pricing, followed by bi-weekly, then monthly.
