Please read these terms carefully before booking a service.

1. Agreement

By booking a service with The Sure Cleaners ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("the client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all cleaning services booked through our website, by phone, by text, or by any other means.

2. Services

The Sure Cleaners provides professional residential cleaning services including, but not limited to: standard residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, eco-friendly cleaning, short-term rental turnover cleaning, and home organization services.

The specific scope of each clean will be agreed upon at the time of booking. If you have specific requirements or areas you would like included or excluded, please note them during booking or inform your cleaning team before the service begins.

3. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or text. It is your responsibility to ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed time.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to circumstances within the client's control (locked out, no code provided, etc.), a call-out fee may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do this through your BookingKoala account, by calling us at (385) 412-8770, or by texting us.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through BookingKoala. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is typically processed after your clean is completed, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. If the scope of work changes significantly on the day (e.g. the property is in a substantially different condition than described), we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly and will discuss this with you before proceeding.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to the agreed scope of work only and does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions, client instructions, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Access to Your Property

You may choose to be present during your clean or provide us with access via a key, door code, or garage code. Any access information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of completing your service.

You confirm that you have the right to grant us access to the property being cleaned.

8. Our Team

All of our cleaning professionals are background-checked, bonded, and insured. We take great care in selecting team members who are trustworthy, thorough, and professional. However, we ask that clients secure or put away any irreplaceable items, large amounts of cash, or valuables before a clean takes place.

9. Liability & Damage

The Sure Cleaners is fully bonded and insured. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a clean as a direct result of negligence by our team, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work with you promptly and fairly to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions (e.g. worn surfaces, loose fixtures, fragile items not disclosed prior to the clean), or items left in areas that were not communicated as off-limits.

Our total liability to any client will not exceed the value of the service provided.

10. Health & Safety

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and individuals with sensitivities. If you have specific product requirements or allergies, please inform us at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline or halt a service if the property presents conditions that are unsafe for our team (e.g. biohazards, extreme hoarding, pest infestations, or aggressive animals).

11. Recurring Services

Recurring cleaning plans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) may be set up through BookingKoala. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time with at least 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled appointment.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
